Continuous Improvement Green Belt

Role Overview

An opportunity is available in the Continuous Improvement Team at ellio South Africa. The role leads and drives a continuous-improvement culture through ideation and small improvement projects such as Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt projects across client operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company's Global Continuous Improvement process.
• Mentor Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt projects using DMAIC.
• Drive ideation across client operations and support processes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of failure and customer dissatisfaction.
• Develop and implement solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Engage stakeholders across ellio and client businesses.
• Facilitate Lean workshops and produce stakeholder presentation materials.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel or other analysis software.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or Matric.
• Certified or trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with one to two years' Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Alternatively, one to two years' experience in a Green Belt or Continuous Improvement environment in the Services or Contact Centre sector.
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and active experience delivering a recent project.
