Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on 4–5+ years' experience in a contact centre or customer operations leadership role.
  • Keep momentum on strong understanding of contact centre operations, QA, and performance metrics.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Contact Centre Manager.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
  • Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
