Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on 4–5+ years' experience in a contact centre or customer operations leadership role.
- Keep momentum on strong understanding of contact centre operations, QA, and performance metrics.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Contact Centre Manager.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
