Construction Manager

Synopsis

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
2. Manage contractors, subcontractors and construction teams.
3. Monitor project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
4. Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
5. Inspect work to maintain quality and project specifications.
6. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers and suppliers.
7. Identify potential project risks and resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

1. A qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Relevant construction management experience.
3. Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods and safety standards.
4. Strong budgeting, scheduling and project management skills.
5. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
