Role Overview

Marvel Placement Consultants needs a Construction Manager (Electrical) - Underground Mining (12 Month Contract) who can step into a practical role in Polokwane (Pietersburg). A key part of the work involves Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction management within the mining industry, preferably underground operations.
Keep momentum on strong understanding of underground electrical systems, infrastructure installation, and mining construction practices.
Support the team by managing develop and implement detailed electrical construction schedules and execution plans.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Construction Manager (Electrical) - Underground Mining (12 Month Contract).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
