Cosmopolitan Projects and Central Development Property Group needs a Construction Foreman - Western Cape who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Western Cape We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction activities on commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing 3–5 years proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
Take ownership of Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Support the team by managing good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Construction Foreman - Western Cape.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
