Role Overview

MPRTC Recruitment needs a CONCRETE CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (WELLINGTON) who can step into a practical role in Paarl. A key part of the work involves Proven experience supervising teams on civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards.
Take ownership of Reservoir construction experience advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a CONCRETE CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (WELLINGTON).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of construction work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
