Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator Milnerton, Cape Town 

Our client a distribution company based in Milnerton, Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support the business with compliance, documentation, record-keeping, audits and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will ensure that company processes, supplier/customer documentation and internal records are accurate, up to date and compliant with relevant requirements.

Salary: Market related.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • 3+ years experience in compliance, administration, quality, logistics or distribution environment preferred.
  • Strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office / Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance records, registers and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audit preparation.
  • Ensure supplier, customer and company documents are complete and up to date.
  • Monitor expiry dates for certificates, licences, permits and compliance documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation from internal departments, suppliers and clients.
  • Assist with health & safety, quality and operational compliance administration.
  • Capture, file and manage compliance-related data accurately.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management when required.
  • Support the team with general office and administrative duties.
  • Ensure all records are stored correctly and easily accessible.
