Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator Cape Town

Our client in the property industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with compliance-related administration, ensuring that all regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance requirements are met.

Salary: Market-related / Negotiable

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant qualification in Compliance, Administration, Legal, or related field advantageous
  • 3+ years experience in a compliance administration role, preferably within the property industry
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and documentation
  • Assist with FICA, POPIA, and other regulatory compliance processes
  • Monitor expiry dates of compliance documents and ensure timely renewals
  • Prepare and submit compliance-related reports and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external service providers regarding compliance matters
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date
  • Assist with audits and compliance checks
  • Provide general administrative support to the compliance function
