Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on build FAQs, travel or service alerts, and general customer notices.
Keep momentum on keep a non- social media content schedule that mirrors business imperatives.
Take ownership of Gather intelligence from teams such as operations, HR, customer service, and IT.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Communications Specialist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of social services work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
