Synopsis

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Property Broker to facilitate the sale, leasing, and acquisition of commercial properties. You will work with property owners, investors, landlords, and businesses to identify opportunities, negotiate transactions, and build long-term relationships within the commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and market commercial properties for sale and lease
• Identify suitable properties based on client requirements and investment objectives
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and property owners
• Negotiate lease agreements, sales, and other commercial property transactions
• Research market conditions, rental rates, and property values
• Prepare property proposals, valuations, and transaction documentation
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients
• Monitor transactions from initial enquiry through to completion

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
• Relevant property qualification or industry certification (advantageous)
• Previous experience in commercial property, real estate, sales, or business development
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong knowledge of the local commercial property market
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (preferred)
