Synopsis

An established industrial services organisation is seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen contract performance, customer relationships, and profitable growth. The role combines commercial analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial planning across priority customer and project portfolios.
Review pricing, margins, contract terms, and commercial risk.
Prepare proposals, tenders, and negotiation strategies.
Monitor contract performance and resolve commercial issues.
Build relationships with customers and internal delivery teams.
Track revenue, pipeline activity, and growth opportunities.
Provide commercial reporting and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field.
At least five years of commercial or contract-management experience.
Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and presentation skills.
Experience working with industrial, infrastructure, or services customers.
Ability to manage competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
