Take ownership of Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives to drive growth and profitability in the territory.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Commercial Manager: Agriculture.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of farming work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
