Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing ability to manage external legal costs; and,.
Support the team by managing sound legal knowledge in commercial, civil, and labour claims;.
Keep momentum on a proven track record of drafting pleadings and legal representation at the Magistrate Court and CCMA;.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Commercial Legal Advisor.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of legal work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
