Key Responsibilities

o Proficient in CCS | BuildSmart | Candy or similar QS Software essential
o Strong knowledge of JBCC | NEC | GCC | FIDIC Construction Contracts, Financial Management and Tender Processes will be beneficial
o Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
o Contactable references and payslips required

Requirements

8 to 12 years experience as a Commercial Manager | Business Development Manager in the Construction Ind
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required.
