Take ownership of Providing professional fertilisation and agronomic advice to farming enterprises.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Commercial Agronomist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
