Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or related field.
Support the team by managing minimum 3–5 years' experience in payroll and finance administration Finance Recruitment Agency in South Africa focusing on the following disciplines.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Co-Ordinator: Payroll and Finance.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
