About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and IT teams to optimise cloud environments, improve system performance, and support the deployment of modern applications.

What You'll Do

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services
Manage cloud environments across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Monitor system performance, availability, and security
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues
Collaborate with DevOps, software development, and IT teams to support deployments
Optimise cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud security principles
Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (advantageous)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
