Clinical Trainer – Energy-Based Devices
Role Overview
A medical aesthetics company has an opening for an experienced clinical trainer to join the company at our Johannesburg office, to train new users on all our laser and energy based aesthetic devices. The position will require national as well as international travel.
The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling, working with people, have a "hands on" approach to aesthetic energy based treatments in a vibrant and dynamic environment!
Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Compiling clinical training material as needed for presentation and training purposes.
Conducting theory as well as practical training courses to all potential and new users of systems supplied. On-line as well as in person.
Attending trade shows, congresses and other clinical platforms as needed.
Doing demonstration to potential clients and assisting sales staff as needed.
Examing users as per product supplier criteria.
Scope of duties to fall within ISO 13485 criteria.
Arranging and conducting Clinical workshops.
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
3/4 year Somatology degree/diploma or (other) Medical degree/diploma required.
At least three years experience in operating laser and allied devices in the aesthetic and beauty environment.
Training/ teaching and product transfer in the medical/aesthetic or beauty industry advantageous.
Reside in Johannesburg.
PC Literacy, with good content compilation and writing skills of new clinical training material development and transfer thereof.
Excellent people and presentation skills.
Willing to travel locally and internationaly
Reliable vehicle.

Package & Remuneration
Negotiable on experience (estimated R18 000 to R24 000 per month.)
