Client Services Specialist
Role Overview
Recruitment Legends is hiring a Client Services Specialist in Cape Town. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused design services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing 1–3 years' experience in 1st and/or 2nd-line IT support, in a service desk or technical helpdesk environment, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Keep momentum on natural communicator who can explain technical things plainly to end-users and possesses service desk discipline regarding ticketing, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Client Services Specialist.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
- A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
