Based in Cape Town CBD, our client delivers extraordinary travel experiences to international guests and is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Client Services & Administration Coordinator.
Be the first point of contact for clients collecting vehicles, ensuring a warm and professional welcome is offered while managing all bookings and payment administration.

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:45
Saturdays 08:00 – 11:30
REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS
- Gr 12 certificate, with certificate in Travel & Tourism preferred
- Valid SA driver's license and own reliable transport preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and approachable demeanor
- Welcome clients professionally when they collect vehicles, providing clear guidance and assistance
- Manage and process vehicle booking requests, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, bookings and follow-ups
- Coordinate between operations, dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle allocations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person with courtesy and efficiency
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as required
