Client Relations Office Administrator
Do you have a “driven, detail-oriented” attitude, your own transport and are fluent in Afrikaans and English with minimum two years administration & client relations experience?

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, based in Durbanville or the surrounding areas with valid driver’s license OWN TRANSPORT
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
- Junior-level office administration experience (internship or entry-level experience welcome)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the company
- Comfortable working with basic office software - Word, Excel and Outlook
DUTIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
- Manage front-office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and courier / transport requirements
- Drawing up of tax invoices accurately
- Understanding supplier and clients and working with purchase orders
- Manage filing systems
- Assist with maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Daily dealing with the bank system for exchange rates
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Help coordinate internal communication and office logistics
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally, escalating where needed
- Request additional work that can be taken on to assist the team
