Strategic Personnel is hiring a Client Relations Consultant (Investment Asset Management) in JHB - Northern Suburbs. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused investment team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Develop and maintain expertise, skill and technical knowledge required to add valuable input across the business and investment proposition.
Take ownership of Work closely with the other members of the global investment, operations, sales, software development and support teams to resolve clients' concerns.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Client Relations Consultant (Investment Asset Management).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
