Role Overview

Isilumko Staffing needs a Client Engagement OL Consultant (Sales Role)- 3–4 Month Contract who can step into a practical role in Sandton. A key part of the work involves The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls to promote product awareness, support app navigation, resolve client queries, and identify upselling opportunities where applic.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients.
Support the team by managing retain clients who intend to close their accounts (conservation calls).
Support the team by managing maintain accurate records, call logs, and campaign statistics.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Client Engagement OL Consultant (Sales Role)- 3–4 Month Contract.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in call centre or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
