Role Overview
Catch Recruit is hiring a Client and Participant Support Associate in Sandton. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused call centre team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Receive and resolve inbound calls and tickets from plan participants across regions, following identity verification and documented scripts.
- Support the team by managing prepare standard reports, maintain FAQs, call scripts, and process documentation.
- Keep momentum on comfortable working to response/resolution SLAs and handling a live call queue.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Client and Participant Support Associate.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of call centre work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
