Hire Resolve needs a Civil Technician who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Civil Technician Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and construction standards.
Keep momentum on proficiency in surveying, construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration.
Keep momentum on knowledge of construction safety standards and environmental compliance requirements.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Civil Technician.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of construction work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
