Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing it supports the function by monitoring infrastructure construction and ensuring works meet project specifications.
Take ownership of Supervise all civil construction activities on PV and BESS sites with a minimum of 6–8 years of experience.
Take ownership of Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Civil Supervisor - PV & BESS Projects.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
