About the Role

Provide executive leadership across multiple veterinary hospitals, overseeing operational excellence, financial performance, strategic growth, quality assurance, and organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations across the veterinary hospital group. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies. Drive financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiencies. Lead senior management teams and support organisational growth. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Veterinary Management, or related field (Master's degree advantageous). Extensive senior executive leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations. Experience within healthcare, veterinary, or hospital environments preferred. Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
