Authentic Life Connections needs a Chief Financial Officer who can step into a practical role in JHB - Northern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Chief Financial Officer Lead financial assessment of property investments across acquisitions, developments, and disposals.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Build and interrogate financial models to evaluate returns, risks, and funding structures.
Support the team by managing property / Real Estate / Development/Construction or a deal-led, investment focused environment preferred.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Chief Financial Officer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
