Financial Intelligence Centre needs a Change Analyst who can step into a practical role in Pretoria. A key part of the work involves Implement targeted change management plans.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on including communication plan, stakeholder engagement approach, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
Take ownership of Work with Communication Unit and HR in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation when required.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Change Analyst.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
