Centre Manager - Head of School
An established early learning centre is seeking an experienced Centre Manager (Head of School) to oversee the overall management and operations of the centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, financial oversight, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational and care services in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the centre’s daily operations
- Oversee staff management including recruitment, performance management, and development
- Manage the centre's financial planning, budgeting, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee enrolment processes, administration, and record keeping
- Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and educational program quality
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
- Support marketing, enrolment growth, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably in Education
- Additional qualifications in Business Management, Finance, or Administration advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience, ideally in an educational environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and administrative skills
- Financial management and operational management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
