We are currently recruiting for a Centralised Proposition & Operations Assistant on behalf of a well-established financial services organisation based in Sandhurst, Johannesburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and client-focused administrator with experience in the financial services industry to join a dynamic Operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to Financial Planners, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate processing of financial planning requests, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Financial Planners.
Process new business applications, policy amendments and service requests.
Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems.
Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers.
Track outstanding requirements and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with FAIS, AML and company policies.
Deliver exceptional client service and meet agreed service levels.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Essential).
2–3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
Strong administration and client service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Experience working with CRM systems.
Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Knowledge of investment, insurance or retirement products will be advantageous.
