Catering Manager

Synopsis

We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee daily catering operations, manage staff and ensure high-quality food and service. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily catering operations and food service delivery.
2. Plan menus and coordinate food preparation with kitchen staff.
3. Manage, train and supervise catering employees.
4. Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
5. Manage budgets, stock levels, supplier relationships and costs.
6. Coordinate catering events and ensure timely service.
7. Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

1. A qualification in Catering Management, Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in catering, hospitality or food service management.
3. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
4. Experience managing staff, budgets and inventory.
5. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
