About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Casino Dealer to operate gaming tables and provide an exciting, fair, and enjoyable experience for guests. You will be responsible for dealing games accurately, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

Deal casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, or Baccarat according to gaming procedures
Explain game rules and assist players when required
Monitor gameplay to ensure fairness and compliance with casino policies
Handle chips, cash, and payouts accurately
Identify and report suspicious or irregular gaming activity
Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging atmosphere at the gaming tables
Ensure gaming equipment and tables are prepared for each shift
Comply with all gaming regulations, security procedures, and responsible gambling policies

Requirements

Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
Previous experience as a Casino Dealer or completion of a recognised dealer training programme is advantageous
Strong numerical and mental arithmetic skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Professional appearance and ability to remain calm under pressure
