Key Responsibilities

1. Provide career guidance and advice to clients.
2. Assess individuals’ skills, interests and career goals.
3. Assist with CV writing, cover letters and interview preparation.
4. Help clients identify suitable job opportunities and career paths.
5. Conduct career development workshops and consultations.
6. Support clients with job applications and professional development.
7. Keep up to date with industry trends and employment opportunities.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

1. A qualification in Career Guidance, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field is advantageous.
2. Experience in career counselling, recruitment or professional development is beneficial.
3. Knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques and job search strategies.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
5. A genuine interest in helping others achieve their career goals.
