Role Overview

Thanda Human Capital is hiring a Call Centre Manager - Operations in Parktown. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused call centre team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team by managing identifies areas of improvement in systems and processes that operate within the centre and to plan, design and implement action within the business protocols.
  • Support the team by managing minimum 4 years operations management experience, with at least 2 years managing staff at managerial level in a Call Centre /BPO environment.
  • Keep momentum on understanding of Call Centre operations in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimisation.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Call Centre Manager - Operations.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
