Role Overview

JSE Limited needs a Call Centre Agent - Shareholder Services who can step into a practical role in Sandton. A key part of the work involves Shareholder Services Purpose of this Role: We are currently recruiting for two Call Centre Agent – Shareholder Services opportunities, including one permanent position and one 6-mo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on includes but is not restricted to handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to th.
  • Keep momentum on logging of various tickets and call loggings in aid of Asset Reunification.
  • Keep momentum on ensures that that the is seen to be actively offering CSI to at least minimum 50% of total calls received monthly.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Call Centre Agent - Shareholder Services.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in call centre or a closely related field.
  • Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
