Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on our client, a prestigious hotel is seeking a polished and service-driven Butler to provide exceptional support to VIP and high-profile guests.
Support the team by managing deliver personalised service to VIP and luxury hotel guests.
Support the team by managing upsell hotel services and food and beverage offerings.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Butler - Luxury Hospitality.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
