About the Role

We are seeking a professional and service-focused Butler to provide exceptional personalised assistance and hospitality to guests or private clients. You will ensure a seamless experience by anticipating needs, managing daily requests, and delivering a high standard of service.

What You’ll Do

Provide personalised guest or client service with professionalism and discretion
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and daily requirements
Coordinate dining, reservations, transportation, and special requests
Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail
Assist with wardrobe management, packing, and personal arrangements where required
Communicate with housekeeping, concierge, and other service teams
Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests efficiently
Ensure guest areas are maintained to luxury standards

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or guest relations
Strong knowledge of high-end service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Hospitality qualification or training (advantageous)
