A key part of the work involves STEELPOORT, LIMPOPO VME Group is seeking an experienced and driven Business Unit Manager to lead and grow our Steelpoort branch within the mining, diesel engineering and motor engi.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on strong understanding of mining machinery, TMM equipment and Motor Engineering.
Support the team by managing vast knowledge of diesel, electrical and motor engineering.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - STEELPOORT, LIMPOPO.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in motoring or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
