Role Overview

An experienced Business Process Manager is required to lead business-process optimisation, innovation, and automation initiatives. The role improves business processes, supports digital transformation, drives operational efficiency, and integrates business functions, systems, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end business processes.
Implement optimisation and continuous-improvement strategies.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Design organisation-wide process maps and identify integrations.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements, specifications, and user scenarios.
Conduct process audits and support ISO 9001 surveillance and compliance.
Lead cross-functional process re-engineering and develop enterprise process standards and governance.
Gather, analyse, and document requirements for business systems.
Define system changes and specifications for integration, testing, and customisation.
Develop business cases for automation and system enhancements.
Lead change-management initiatives, workshops, end-user training, and digital-transformation projects.
Provide project-governance oversight and ensure alignment with strategy, scope, and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Business Process Management, or Change Management.
Five years' experience in business analysis, process design and management, IT project management, systems implementation, SDLC, change management, and data analytics.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Strong data analysis, project management, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Digital transformation and automation experience is advantageous.
