Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform data into meaningful insights. You will build dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports
• Build and optimise data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and reporting needs
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
• Monitor and improve the performance of BI solutions
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues as they arise
• Document BI processes, data models, and technical specifications

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modelling
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or C# is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
