Business Intelligence Analyst | Cape Town (Wynberg)

Introduction

A leading fashion retailer based in Cape Town is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Head Office team in Wynberg.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Working across IT, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and Retail Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business performance through advanced reporting and analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage customer data flows and support CRM initiatives

• Deliver marketing, e-commerce, and campaign performance reporting

• Identify trends, opportunities, and business insights from large datasets

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions

• Support omnichannel data integration and reporting accuracy

• Present actionable insights to stakeholders across the business



Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related field

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis

• Strong experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365

• Retail and e-commerce industry exposure

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
