Persona Staff cc needs a Business Development Manager who can step into a practical role in CPT - Northern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Business Development Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing the focus is primarily Long-Term Insurance, specifically Credit Life Insurance, Group Funeral Cover, and Employer Groups.
Take ownership of Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market; develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth; build and maintain relationships w.
Support the team by managing 3+ years of experience in insurance business development or insurance sales.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Business Development Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

3+ years of relevant experience
