We’re looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Cape Town.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, arranging demos, and helping businesses discover innovative SaaS solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Generating qualified leads

✅ Booking and coordinating product demonstrations

✅ Engaging with recruitment agencies and HR decision-makers

✅ Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

✅ Conducting discovery meetings and presenting solutions

✅ Converting opportunities into long-term clients

What we’re looking for:

✔ 2+ years in sales, SaaS, recruitment sales, or business development

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven mindset

✔ Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM systems, email outreach, and digital engagement

✔ Experience in technology or recruitment solutions is advantageous
