Role Overview

An experienced Business Analyst is required in Cape Town to analyse business needs, document requirements, model processes, and support solutions within design and implementation constraints.

Responsibilities

Analyse business needs and advise on solutions within design and implementation constraints.
Lead or participate in requirements sessions covering processes, business rules, data flow, and system changes or enhancements.
Investigate and define business-process requirements.
Develop strategies to improve business processes and identify risks.
Consult management on business procedures and policy improvements.
Document requirements and engage stakeholders across the relevant business areas.
Support the understanding of process, business-rule, data-flow, and system requirements.

Requirements

At least five years of Business Analyst experience.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with process notations and business-process modelling tools such as ARIS.
Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder-engagement ability.
