We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic environment focused on delivering large-scale, high-risk, and complex initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders, working to understand business problems, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that enable organisational goals. This role requires a highly resilient and adaptable professional with extensive experience working across multiple concurrent initiatives in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep practical experience in business analysis within complex environments, preferably in banking and credit-related domains.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, opportunities, and challenges
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and stakeholder requirements
Facilitate communication across organisational units to ensure alignment of objectives and solutions
Conduct detailed process analysis and recommend improvements to support business goals
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
Support the delivery of multiple complex initiatives simultaneously within an Agile environment
Work across large, high-risk, and complex projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and solution alignment
Align business needs with technology capabilities and operational processes
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements sessions

Minimum Requirements

10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in an Agile working environment
Demonstrated experience working on multiple initiatives concurrently
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation experience
Solid process analysis experience
Banking and/or credit industry experience preferred
Strong resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
