Support the team by managing bTech/BSc in Construction Management/National Diploma in Building or similar qualifications.
Take ownership of Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and programme management.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Building Site Agent - Construction Industry.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in construction or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
