Branch Manager / Workshop Foreman
Role Overview
A vehicle service and repair branch in Fish Hoek is seeking a Branch Manager / Workshop Foreman to lead workshop delivery, people and customer service.
This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:
- Manage daily workshop and branch operations, job flow and productivity. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
- Supervise technicians and support staff, allocate work and maintain quality standards. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
- Coordinate customer communication, quotations, job cards and service follow-up. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities in a structured, deadline-driven working environment:
- Proven workshop foreman, branch-management or automotive-service experience. Apply sound judgement, dependable follow-through and a collaborative working style.
