Role Overview

A vehicle service and repair branch in Fish Hoek is seeking a Branch Manager / Workshop Foreman to lead workshop delivery, people and customer service.

This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:

Manage daily workshop and branch operations, job flow and productivity. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Supervise technicians and support staff, allocate work and maintain quality standards. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Coordinate customer communication, quotations, job cards and service follow-up. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Monitor parts, equipment, safety, housekeeping and operational performance. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities in a structured, deadline-driven working environment:

Proven workshop foreman, branch-management or automotive-service experience. Apply sound judgement, dependable follow-through and a collaborative working style.
