Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and a personalised shopping experience
Drive sales performance and exceed store targets through strong leadership and commercial awareness
Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, cash-ups, reporting and store administration
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and uphold the luxury presentation standards of the brand
Build strong client relationships and encourage customer loyalty through elevated service
Coordinate in-store promotions, marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
Mentor, motivate and develop staff to create a positive and high-energy team culture
Ensure smooth operational excellence during mall trading hours

Requirements

Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail management role
Strong leadership ability with a hands-on and motivational management style
Passion for fashion, styling and luxury customer engagement
Commercially driven with strong sales and operational management skills
Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
Flexibility to work mall retail hours, weekends and peak trading periods
