Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on the successful candidate will have strong creditors and bookkeeping experience, preferably gained within the construction environment, together with solid working knowled.
Keep momentum on previous experience within the construction industry is essential.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Bookkeeper / Creditors Clerk – Construction Industry (BuildSmart Experience Required).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in construction or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
